Tree House.

A full-gut renovation of an existing 2-story, 1,600 sf. Berkeley hills residence. We corrected the 9” of foundation settlement, removed a dated, stone fireplace, and increased the amount of fenestration to provide ample light and air, and capture views of the surrounding woodlands.
